05Assumptions and exclusions
The part that keeps us friends in week six. These apply to every configuration above.
- You provide content and brand assets (copy, imagery, logins) by the end of discovery. Timeline pauses, not slips, if assets arrive late.
- Each deliverable includes two revision rounds. Further rounds are welcome and billed at $180/hour with an estimate first.
- Excluded unless added by change order: long-form copywriting, photography and video production, paid media, and ongoing SEO.
- Third-party costs pass through at cost with no markup: hosting, fonts, stock imagery, plugin licenses. We recommend, you approve, you own the accounts.
- Scope changes are welcome and written down. Anything not in the configuration you lock below arrives as a one-page change order with its own price and timeline before work starts.
- Kickoff lands within two weeks of signature or your deposit is refundable in full.
